250th game for Gulls' Jenna McCormick

Chelsea Gulls would like to congratulate Division 1 Women’s player Jenna McCormick (Macca) on her 250th game this Sunday at the Nest (if game 3 required) and her amazing career to date.

Jenna came to Chelsea this season and has played all 21 games so far and if Chelsea can win on Saturday then the Prelim final goes into game 3 also at the Nest and this is where Macca will play her 250thgame.

Originally from Southern Peninsula and also stints at Warragul and Western Port, Jenna has been a huge part of this teams success in 2017 and her relentless attack on the ball and team efforts are always winning praise from her team mates and opposition.

“Jenna has only been at Chelsea this season, but she has never been an issue and when I speak to some of the other players in team, they have nothing but great things to say and love her as a team mate, at Chelsea we love having her here and hope that she continues to play on for 300 games and hopefully all at Chelsea”. – Stadium manager Peter Caspersz.

Congratulations Jenna McCormick on a great achievement and she knows joins an illustrious club of 250 gamers and more great games to come.
