Casey drop new names for Big V 2020

As tip off for the 2020 Big V season nears, Casey have had a big week of player signings that indicate a captivating Cavaliers season.

A mixture of familiar faces and impressive imports could be key to elevating Casey’s gameplay this season.

Casey have welcomed import Kym Royster to the group for the 2020 season. Kym comes from Indiana University holding their Athletics all-time winningest player title. She shoots at a very impressive clip from the field and backs it up on the defensive end with a high shot-blocking ability.

Another powerful woman set to make impact for Casey is new face Milly Ivanov. Having previously played junior national basketball for Serbia and NBL1, Milly will bring some exciting highlights to the team.

Resigning to the pack is import Raheem Lemons. Raheem continues to be one of the league’s most impressive imports with 2020 marking his third season with Big V. Proving his worth at both ends of the floor, his ability to finish strong at the rim causes headaches for opposing teams.

The Cavaliers will also welcome back Matt Donlan, Alistair ‘AB’ Parker and Taylor Lee.

Dubbed as one of the league’s top sharpshooters in 2019, Matt is expected to display stellar shooting ability, play making and athleticism. Parker will be another agile athlete to take the court in navy blue, his athleticism and finish ability proven to be an excellent asset.

Taylor Lee will add to the new look of Casey’s senior women’s team. With experience in NBL1 and SEABL, Taylor will add a new dimension to the group. She demonstrated her playmaking ability and intense defensive efforts with Cobras and Blues, so who knows what she’ll bring to Casey in 2020.

Casey is set to drop more names for their 2020 Big V teams in the coming days.
